Who operates this service

kadrcut.com and kadrcut.ru (the “Service”) are operated by sole proprietor Erik V. Medved (Russian Federation), business reg. no. (OGRNIP) 326784700235339, tax id (INN) 781141557519, listed in the Russian data-operator registry under no. 78-26-214174. Contact: erik.medved.2017@gmail.com.

The main thing: your files never leave your device

Videos, audio, images and projects are processed locally in your browser. They are not uploaded to our servers — we never see or store them. Editor projects live in your browser’s storage (IndexedDB) and can be wiped at any time by clearing site data.

What we do process

• Technical request data. Like any web server, ours logs IP addresses, request time and user-agent for security and stability. Logs are kept for at most 14 days and rotate away automatically.
• Visit statistics (Yandex Metrica) — only after you accept the cookie banner. Metrica uses cookies and collects anonymised statistics: pages, visit duration, referrer, device characteristics. If you decline, the counter never loads. It can never see the contents of your videos either way.
• Messages. If you contact us through the feedback form or by email, we process the contacts and text you provide — to reply.

Legal grounds

Statistics — based on your consent; operating the Service and answering messages — as necessary to perform the user agreement (Articles 6.1.1 and 6.1.5 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data).

Who data is shared with

• YANDEX LLC (Moscow) — processor for the Yandex Metrica analytics service (their policy).
• Beget LLC (Saint Petersburg) — server hosting.

All data is stored in the Russian Federation; no cross-border transfers take place. We do not sell or share data with anyone else.
