Your content is yours

Everything you edit belongs to you. Processing happens in your browser, files never reach our servers, and we claim no rights to your videos or projects. Exported videos may be used for any purpose, including commercially — no watermarks, no royalties.

Free, provided “as is”

• The Service is currently free and requires no account.
• We aim for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for lost profits or lost data.
• Projects live in your browser: clearing site data deletes them and we cannot recover them. Export finished videos.
• Features may change; significant changes to these terms will be announced on the site.

What is not allowed

Using the Service to break the law or infringe third-party rights (including copyright), or attempting to disrupt the Service itself. You are responsible for the content you create.

Intellectual property

The Service is built on the open-source OpenCut editor (MIT license). HEIC images are decoded with the libheif library (LGPL-3.0), loaded as a separate module; its source code is available at github.com/strukturag/libheif. The Kadrcut name and logo belong to the Service owner.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. We prefer resolving disputes by correspondence — just write to us.
