Limitations
When the target matches the source codec (for example MP3 → MP3, or AAC from M4A → M4A), the track is copied as is, without re-encoding. MP3 and M4A are encoded at 192 kbps, OGG (Opus) at 128 kbps, WAV and FLAC are lossless. The format list depends on your browser: M4A, OGG and FLAC appear when the browser can encode them (desktop Chrome and Edge support all of them). WMA and DRM-protected files cannot be read.
